Remember I talked about good customer service the other day? Here's an example of the opposite of that.
I've been trying to get an answer on something from RitzCamera.com for awhile now to now avail. I just sent another e-mail and got this reply:
We have received your email message with the subject:
RE: ritzcamera.com : An answer to your question.
If you do not get a response within 48 hours, please send your message again.
So, Apple can get a box across the country 3 times in the time that these guys might reply to my e-mail. I won't get too much into the details of my issue, but this all stems from an unfulfilled Xbox 360 order. Suffice it to say, I've sent that message again a few times now.
I was willing to overlook the problems in fulfulling the order in the first place, but these guys are just a complete mess. I would definitely recommend avoiding RitzCamera.
