Is weblogs.asp.net still being maintained?

It looks like blogs.msdn.com has been upgraded to Community Server, but weblogs.asp.net is still on an old build of .Text.

I moved from my previous location full-time almost a year ago. I still get a fair bit of traffic there through search engines, and I wanted to see if I could do a better job of redirecting users to my new location. I've been asking for the ability to 301 the whole site for years, but apparently those requests have fallen on deaf ears.

Now I can't even get in. I tried using the "I forgot my password" link, but all I get is a 404 error. Remembering that this was migrated to the underlying asp.net membership store awhile back, I reset my password on the asp.net site, but it doesn't seem to be reflected on weblogs.asp.net.

Anyone have any idea what's going on here? It's still a very active community. Why is weblogs.asp.net being neglected? Are there plans to upgrade it to Community Server?

More importantly, are there plans to provide 301 redirects? Maybe they already have, but I just can't get in... because it looks like Duncan was able to. One commenter here suggested he did so through Javascript, but I'm seeing actual 301 headers come down from the server - not sure how you would go about doing that with client-side script.
