If you haven't checked out OneNote yet, you have no excuses. I just noticed that Amazon has it on sale for $79 with a $50 rebate - for a total cost of $30.
You can see some of my past experiences with OneNote, but rest assured this is an amazing piece of software (especially SP1). I may have had my battles with it in the past, but it's always one of the first products I install on a new machine.
