Awhile back I mentioned that I went to a going-away party for Faisal, but I didn't mention why. He was in fact headed to Redmond, where he started as the MSBuild Program Manager on the Visual Studio Core team.
I haven't seen him since he left (although I will be seeing him this weekend in sunny Vieques!), but after years of incessant pestering he has finally caved in to the peer pressure and started writing. His first venture into writing netted a single post, but this time we already have four.! Faisal is a wealth of knowledge and insight, so I can only hope I can nag him enough to keep writing!
It also means I have to recompile Community Server soon to support XPost, which I promised I would do so he can syndicate content on blogs.msdn.com - but that's been on the list anyways.
