I'm currently tracking down a few issues that have apparently surfaced after the move to Community Server.
Performance
First, as you may have noticed, the site has been very SLOW the last day or two. I suspect it's a database problem, as I've seen a few timeouts in the SqlDataProvider class and even when connecting with Query Analyzer. Webhost4Life support is currently looking into this - I'll let you know when we have things worked out.
Update: It was in fact a database issue, and they think they have resolved the performance issue. If they resurface, they'll move us to a new server.
Syndication
A few people have also reported weird behavior with the RSS feeds, although I haven't been able to reproduce either. Terry tells me that Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0 keeps fetching new copies of posts, even when they haven't changed. (I wonder if there's a problem with the GUID or something causing this behavior). Omer also said that his feed isn't updating properly in SharpReader.
Both feeds are valid. If you are seeing similar problems with the syndication, please let me know so I can hunt them down.
