TO is now an Eagle. The three teams reached a settlement before the arbitrator ruled. San Fran gets Brandon Whiting, Baltimore gets a 5th round draft pick, and Philly gets TO. If TO was granted free agency, he probably would have made more - but this works out for all the teams involved, I guess.
The only thing I would like to point out: the arbitrator, Stephen Burbank, is a law professor at University of Penn. UPenn, of course, is in Philly. Do you think he's an Eagles fan? :)
