I used to generally consider myself apolitical, but I guess law school has a way of forcing you to form an opinion. Even still, I usually try to avoid such discussions on here.
Gay marriage has definitely been a big topic these days, with Robert and Chris (among others) posting their support for it.
I'm somewhat familiar with Goodridge (the landmark Massachusetts case that started a lot of the recent discussion) and the reasoning behind it - so I decided to post a quick discussion for anyone interested.
