In yet another example of how the tablet changes the way we use computers, that last post was mostly written on my Acer while riding the subway home from class.
Granted, it wasn't crowded and I had a seat, but still - when's the last time you saw anyone pull out a laptop on a NYC subway?
And by the way, the recognition is obviously much improved in the Lonestar edition (well, and my handwriting too I guess). Despite the rough subway ride, the only word it got wrong was squatter instead of quarter. It's still not very good at punctuation, but I can guarantee you a lot of that is my fault. I also didn't bother doing the dollar signs, because I know it doesn't like them much either. But it's still prety impressive.
