Some photos and details of IBM's long-rumored Tablet PC, the Xnote LT-20, which, given the branding, looks like it is being built-in conjunction with LG. There are three versions of the LT-20 planned, and the fanciest will come with a 12.1-inch LCD screen, 512MB of RAM, a 1.6GHz processor with Centrino, a 60GB hard drive, and built-in Bluetooth.
