You can partially scratch one of the items on my OneNote wishlist.
If you disable the “Use pen pressure sensitivity” item in the Handwriting options, the pen becomes very thin (one of my big complaints). It's not adjustable per se, but at least it's a lot thinner than otherwise and about the thickness I would use anyways.
I actually think it's amazing they didn't include this, considering how easy it is to do this out of the box with the Tablet PC SDK.
I also noticed you can change the color and size of existing Ink using the font tools.
So my wishlist as it stands now:
- Extensibility / programming (a la VSOT)
- The ability to turn on Journal-esque input mode
- Proper flow for Ink paragraphs (ie when you erase a word or resize Ink, it reflows like normal text would)
Luckily, I also haven't seen anything like this since.
