So there's this girl in my 1L section that also has an Acer C110. (Interestingly, she also happens to be from my town, though a few years younger and I don't think I knew her). The weird thing is, though, that she continues to use is just like a normal laptop. She doesn't use the pen, at least in class. I thought that was odd.
Another one has the Toshiba. I haven't seen any pure slate tablets. It's funny though, there are maybe 10 people using laptops in class (out of 80) and 3 of them have a tablet.
... And everyone else has “Tablet Envy” !!
