Hmm

As I begin to drink, a few things weird things I've noticed. Coincidentally, they all seem to be related to SharpReader.

I put it in my startup menu, but it doesn't start. I have to manually go and open it. I haven't tried this with other WinForms apps, and I don't feel like re-logging in before I post this, so I don't know if it's specific to SharpReader or to all CLR apps. Could it maybe have something to do with how .NET executables are loaded and the timing of Windows startup?

Every once in awhile I will open WinAmp and I'll see SharpReader as the only entry in the playlist. I'm not sure what happened, and I couldn't reproduce it consistently, but I've now seen it twice. I wonder if it's trying to aggregate my playlists. That would be cool :)

When I tried auto-discovery on Jason's Managed Space, where the RSS is at http://staff.develop.com/jasonw/weblog/rss.xml, it pulled up http://staff.develop.com/halloway/weblog/rss.xml instead. Wonder what the algorithm is for figuring that out.
