I don't usually get involved in political affairs, but well said, Robert.
The first real significant day in history that I witnessed was probably September 11th. It was even more significant to me, as I worked across the street at the time and I continue to live and work in Lower Manhattan. The events, of course, were anything but awe-inspiring - but the response from everyone certainly was. Never before had this big city felt so small and personal.
We were just watching CNN in the cafeteria, and all I can say is wow - the literal "toppling" of the Saddam regime.
