Does one exist? If not, I'm considering building one, especially since I now have my ASP.NET hosting set up.
I use at least three different computers per day, so using a desktop aggregator is less than optimal. Keeping what has been read in sync across these three computers has become a real pain in the ass.
The only other solution would be to figure out a way - WebService perhaps - of synchronizing to a central server. I can just see that being much more work than a pure web-based solution.
