There are a decent amount of stores that already accept Checkout, including Buy.com, Starbucks, and Bluefly. One of the more interesting things here is how they decide to integrate AdSense/AdWords with this new service - the demo shows clicking through an AdSense ad, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a one-click Google Checkout link directly in the ads in the future.

Google is also reportedly about to launch Google Accounts , a single-sign-on authentication service which has Passport squarely in its sights. (Google has removed the link).
